Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme originally created by The Broke and the Bookish, but is now run by That Artsy Reader Girl.
Happy Tuesday, Bookworms!
I love today’s prompt because it’s all about the power and majesty that are book titles and book covers 🧡💗💙
You know I love a well crafted title that rings like the most beautiful lyrics poetry or give me goosebumps. I’m equally partial to some cover love, but I still need to be interested enough to decide to read a book. That doesn’t mean I haven’t come across my share of cover buy worthy books.
I made my list half focused on titles, half the covers. All of them books I’ve never read but want to 😊
My top ten list of Titles or Covers That Made Me Want To Read/Buy the Book include:
TITLES
A Phoenix First Must Burn: Sixteen Stories of Black Girl Magic, Resistance, and Hope edited by Patrice Caldwell

Rise of the Ranger by Philip C. Quaintrell

Beyond the Black Door by A.M. Strickland

The Other Side of the Sky by Amie Kaufman & Meagan Spooner

Fiends on the Other Side by Vera Strange

COVERS
Gild by Raven Kennedy

Willa of the Wood by Robert Beatty

Bonds of Brass by Emily Skrutskie

King of Scars by Leigh Bardugo

Girls at the Edge of the World by Laura Brooke Robson
