Book/Library Hauls

Library Book Haul!!!

Happy Wednesday, Bookworms!

In an effort to de-stress and spread bookish happiness, I wanted to share my most recent library haul.

Over the weekend I had gone to the library to take back and check out more books. I came away with some great anticipated reads that I’ve had my eyes on all year.

From left to right:

Maya and the Rising Dark by Rena Barron

Recommended For You by Laura Silverman

Defy by Sara B. Larson

Party of Two by Jasmine Guillory

I will be starting these books right after my current read, so sometime over the weekend but hopefully sooner! That new book smell is calling me to read them now. 😂

Deep breaths…

Stay strong, everyone! 💙💚

As Always, Happy Reading!!!

A Hilarious Bookish Video I Wanted To Share

You’ve probably seen this video since it was posted back in 2017. But I can’t get enough of this it. It’s so funny, unreal, and well written. I love parodies so this was right up my alley.

Swoon-Worthy Book Titles

There something about a well-worded book title that gives you goosebumps or are so uniquely original. Titles are one of the key factors of a book. It may or may not hint at or describe the book as a whole. Their affect is critical for readers, writers and publishers.

Today, I thought it would be fun exploring those book titles that I just love the sound of and make my writer’s heart swoon. Bonus, I’ll include links to the books I’ve reviewed on this blog. (Note: * = books read but not reviewed on blog).
